Winning text that lives on from bid to bid
After 50 bids, you've written the same paragraph on HSE, environment, quality systems and delivery model in 50 different versions. Tenderen keeps a tagged, searchable library of your best text and references, ready to insert into every new bid without copying from old files.
How does Tenderen's text library work?
You save approved paragraphs, such as the company description, method, quality, HSE, sustainability and references, to a shared library with a category and tags, find them by search when a similar requirement comes up, and insert them into the bid. Tenderen counts how often each paragraph is used. Earlier bids you upload are also used as sources by the AI writer, which names the material each draft was built from.
Best for
- Teams that write the same standard sections in every bid
- Companies that want knowledge to stay when people change roles
Not the best fit
- Automatic library building: Tenderen does not split old bids into library paragraphs for you; you save the paragraphs you approve
- Document management with approval workflows and expiry dates on every paragraph
The problem
Most of a bid is reuse — treated as one-off work
The difference between weak and strong bid teams often comes down to reuse. Yet most teams build every new bid from scratch — or worse, by clipping from the most recent file in the folder.
standard text is reusable
Standard paragraphs on the company, methodology, quality, HSE, environment, privacy, references and CVs repeat in almost every bid — just in different disguises.
is not a library
Reuse happens by copy-paste from old files. Versions diverge, dates are wrong, and a colleague's favourite phrasing never escapes their own laptop.
of institutional knowledge
When a senior colleague leaves or changes role, the best source material leaves with them. The rest of the team starts from scratch with weaker variants.
The solution
A living library of bid content the team owns together
Tenderen keeps one shared library of your best paragraphs, references and method descriptions: searchable, maintained in one place and ready to insert into the next bid.
Use your existing bids
Upload earlier bids so the AI writer can draft from them and name its sources, and save the paragraphs you approve to the library.
Modular composition per bid
Build the bid from approved modules: 'Company description — short', 'HSE system — construction', 'CV — project manager Eva'. Every module has one master that is updated centrally.
Search across the library
Search for 'environmental certification' and find the paragraphs you have saved on the topic, filtered by category and tag.
Certificates with expiry dates
Certifications are stored with issue and expiry dates, and Tenderen lists the ones about to expire, so an outdated certificate does not end up in a bid.
How it works
Three steps to a library that actually gets used
Upload your earlier bids
The writer can use them as sources straight away, and you pick out the paragraphs worth keeping.
Tag and clean up with the team
Agree as a team which paragraphs are approved, give them a category and tags, and retire the rest.
Compose the next bid from modules
When a new tender arrives, search the library and insert approved paragraphs. You polish instead of starting from a blank page.
For teams that want to win through compounding, not heroics
Established bid teams use Tenderen's library to make every new bid better than the last — preserving winning paragraphs and automatically updated institutional knowledge.
Per approved paragraph
Stop writing the same paragraph for the eighth time.
Upload your earlier bids, save your best paragraphs, and build the next bid from approved text instead of a blank page.
