Tenderen for large enterprises

Scalable bid production with enterprise-grade control

Large enterprises deliver hundreds of bids a year across divisions, subsidiaries and geographies. Tenderen gives the group shared governance and audit — while each division keeps the flexibility to work the way it always has, with an open API to connect existing systems.

Does Tenderen meet enterprise IT and security requirements?

Partly, and the gaps are stated openly. Customer data is stored in the EU/EEA, there is a standard DPA and a public sub-processor list, roles and an audit log, and sign-in with two-factor authentication or passkeys. Enterprise adds unlimited users, high AI limits, the REST API and webhooks, e-signature and a dedicated contact person. Single sign-on (SSO/SAML) and SCIM are not available, and ISO 27001 certification is in progress, not complete.

Best for

  • Suppliers running many parallel tenders across several teams
  • Organisations that want to feed bid data into their own BI tools through the API

Not the best fit

  • Purchases that require SSO/SAML or an ISO 27001 certificate today
  • Groups that need separate workspaces per division under one account: each company is one workspace

The problem

Compliance, integration and scale strangle bid velocity

Corporate concerns have to be balanced against day-to-day operations in each division. Most bid tools either satisfy IT security or the business need — rarely both. The result is a patchwork stack that neither buyers nor compliance are happy with.

Requirements

from IT, legal and procurement

SSO, ISO 27001, EU data residency, GDPR DPA, audit logs, role-based access — ticked off a checklist before the tool is even considered for purchase.

Many

core systems to integrate

Microsoft Entra for SSO, SharePoint for DMS, Salesforce for CRM, SAP for ERP, Power BI for reporting — no bid solution can be an island any more.

Hundreds

bids per year across the group

Every division has its own templates, award-criteria patterns and customers — yet leadership needs consolidated reporting on pipeline, hit rate and margin potential.

The solution

A bid platform that answers both IT and the business

Tenderen is built for large organisations that want central oversight without slowing down individual divisions — with EU data residency, role-based access and an open API.

Role-based access and audit

Role-based access for teams and an audit log of activity. Single sign-on (SSO/SAML) is not available yet.

Integrations with your stack

HubSpot deal sync, Slack and Teams notifications and DocuSign e-signature — plus an open REST API for the rest. Bid data can flow into the systems the group already uses.

EU data residency and DPA

All customer data is stored within the EU/EEA. Standard DPA and sub-processor list ready for IT security review; ISO 27001 certification is in progress.

Group reporting and analytics

Pipeline, hit rate and bid outcomes in Tenderen's analytics, with the REST API available to feed your own BI tools.

How it works

Three steps to a controlled rollout

01

Integration and security setup

We help you set up teams, roles and integrations such as HubSpot, Slack or Teams, and go through your internal IT policy before the first division goes live.

02

Pilot in one division, evaluate, scale

Start with one division or subsidiary. Measure impact on pipeline, hit rate and time per bid. Roll out to the rest with a documented business case.

03

Shared standards, clear roles

Teams share one library of approved text and one go/no-go method, Owners and Admins control access, and the audit log shows who changed what.
